Repurposed Vintage Pepsi Crate: Outdoor Herb Garden
Every summer, I love planting my garden, and one of my favorite things to plant are herbs! I have an in ground garden where I plant all of my veggies, but I tend to do herbs in pots. I’m always looking for unique ways to plant my herbs that is attractive, functional, and space saving. A few years back, I picked up this cute vintage stand to hold my patio herb garden at an estate sale (read more about it here). At a recent online estate sale, I picked up this cute vintage Pepsi crate and knew immediately I was going to use it for herbs!
There are so many different ways you can use the crate, but I thought this was the most functional and immediate use for it. Plus, it nicely fits six herbs in, so it’s perfect for a small patio or apartment space. It is also great for succulents, flowers, and even lettuce and greens!
Going to estate sales or shopping online estate sales and auctions is all part of the fun when finding pieces like these. However, if that is not your thing, I linked up a few unique crate finds off of Etsy for you to shop!
