I  don't know about you, but I'm always ready to dress up for the Valentine's Day holiday!  Every once in awhile, I  will purchase something new to wear for the holiday, and even though I  saw so many cute items I loved (and even blogged about), I'm trying not to shop for new clothes or shoes during January and February (I've done good except for one purchase!), so I'm remixing my closet items.   Some of these are clothing items you may have or may not have, but I'm hopeful that the remixing, the colors, items, and patterns will inspire you to remix your closet for Valentine's Day!

GALENTINE'S DAY

Here are two outfits that you can wear to a night out on the town with your best gal pals, whether it is dinner, drinks or happy hour.  I  like these so much, I'm tempted to wear the one with the pink blazer for my Valentine's Day evening with Terry!  They are super versatile and can even be worn on days other than V-Day.

You don't need to spend a ton of money to look cute. Unless I absolutely love an item, I rarely pay full price for clothes anymore. Even if I see something I really like, typically I can still get it with a coupon or when my favorite store has their weekly sale (they all have them anymore!). This pink blazer I actually bought on consignment at Clothes Mentor, and the tank was bought on Express Clearance. These jeans were purchased with buy 1, get 1 50% off at Express, and these booties were bought on sale from Venus. Even though some of these items may no longer be available, I've linked up some similar items below.

Like I've said before, I tend to purchase classic items and keep them for some time. This red wool blazer from Express is super old (from when I worked there in grad school!) but is super classic. These jeans are the same ones from the previous post…

WORK OUTFITS

Since Valentine's Day falls on a Wednesday, you basically have all week to dress into theme at work!  Here are two Valentine's Day themed outfits to wear to work!

This skirt is super old, heels were bought at DSW Clearance, and the necklace was bought on Target clearance. The blouse was a Christmas gift. :). As I always say, you don't need to spend a lot to look chic!

Outside of the shoes, none of these items were super sale, but they are super cute and classic!

DATE NIGHT

It's not Valentine's Day without a hot date, and here are two outfits (one more casual, the other dressy) that you can wear out!  Everyone has an LBD, and these red accessories make it Valentine's Day ready.

This simple black sweater dress from Express is immediately ready for V-Day with red accessories.

I  hope you enjoy all these outfit ideas and get some inspiration!  I    always link items in all price points, and sometimes I  like seeing I  have similar items to super expensive pieces!  It makes me feel chic and expensive.  ;-)

Happy Valentine's Day!
