Celebrating Cooper's Birthday with Homemade Pupcakes!

Every year, we commemorate my adoption of Cooper, as either his “Gotcha Day” or even his birthday (since we don’t know when that really is!). Over the last few years, I have thrown a mini party and purchased presents. This year, we did a small little celebration, and I decided to make my own “cupcakes” for Cooper from scratch. The best part is that they are edible by both humans and animals!

I cannot take credit for this recipe, as I found it via a Google search, but it was so easy and tasty, I had to re-share. Plus, Cooper loved it too!
